Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport and a form of self defence that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. This class combines fitness with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques.

Two distinct aspects are covered in our teen classes. On Mondays and Wednesdays the classes cover the fundamentals of kickboxing. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the class focuses on grappling and submission skills. All classes cover the basic understanding of exercise such as, jump rope, push-ups and sit-ups, and most classes are filled with fun activities.
FKA MMA

This class has been specially designed for FKA members. MMA is a full contact sport that uses a combination of fighting techniques and skills from a variety of martial arts. This class will cover striking and grappling techniques when standing and on the ground.
Judo

A sport adapted from Jiu-Jitsu (Using principles of non-resistance), Judo works on the ability to control someone while focusing on throws and takedowns.
S.W.A.T Self Defense (Special Weaponless Advantage Training)

This course is designed to teach proven and useful tactics and techniques for surviving today's challenging streets. All members of the FKA family are welcome. This is a fun skill building course for all levels. It is offered on Wednesday at 1:00pm and Friday at 7:30pm.

This class covers the fundamental aspects of the sport of wrestling while keeping the MMA theme present in each lesson. The focus will shift as the class may cover freestyle, Greco-Roman, and Folk styles of the sport. The emphasis will largely entail on how to control an opponent.
Yoga Willow Brown
This class combines yoga postures and exercise aimed at training the consciousness to a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility.
Fitness Kickboxing

Fitness Kickboxing focuses on getting in shape and building your stamina while incorporating some of the moves involved with the sport of kickboxing. A fun class for any age or skill level.
